Hi-Fi Corporation is ******** people out of their hard earned money

My daughter order and paid for a stove online last week. I cancelled the order on Monday 29/03 at 08h30. I received a cancellation nr. On Tuesday afternoon she received a call from the Driver advising he wants to deliver the stove. She informed him the order was cancelled. I called Hi-Fi yesterday. Spoke to Thembilsile, who said the driver booked the order as signed and delivered at 5. I advised her he did not deliver, i did not sign the delivery. I asked for the signed letter and pin location of delivery. She said she will escalate the matter to the Online Team. I called this morning, spoke with Sithembi, advised she cannot assist and have escalated the matter to the Online Team. I asked for a contactg nr because i do not get any feedback from the Online Team and i need my refund. She advised there's nothing she can do. The Team does not have a direct line or email. Refused to transferred me to someone higher to herself to assist. I am truly appalled but their Customer Service. This is my first time purchase and it will never happen again.
