Hi Fi Corporation is ****MING online customers by selling the used goods

How I wish I had come here and read the reviews before buying online.

I bought a KIC 344L Grey fridge online at Hi Fi Corp in September. The order took long to be delivered. Upon delivery, the fridge had dents, broken lamp and brown smudges on the inside back wall. A complaint was laid and pictures were sent.

We flagged this and laid a complaint, and we're advised that they don't have stock they will exchange as soon as they have.

This took too long too. Needless to say the exchange was delivered unannounced in November. The lamp does not work, there's a dent that looks like it was hit with an axe or sharp object. A compliant was laid and pictures were sent, only to be told that we need to call the shop responsible. Mind you this is an online purchase. Eventually, advised to call the head office upon making calls.

I have not gotten a clear response, hence I am here now. I just want a refund so I can go to a proper shop and buy a brand new fridge and not the second hand or returned fridges Hi Fi corporation is trying to pass on as new fridges.

They have definitely put me off on online buying. I wish there was an option on here to post the pictures of these items so everyone can see them.
