We have ordered our goods on the 24th November an says will take 15 days to deliver (does not state working days) we have kept calling the call center an they keep giving us **** excuses. Still today the 18th December the package still has not been "shipped". Byron from the call center promised me on Friday morning when I called that the package will be delivered by 7pm that night (go find the recording). I need led that package by today as it was a gift for our family member, that's why we ordered it on the 24th November expecting it to be here 15 days later as promised on your website. Now we have to look like a tool cause we can't give them their gift... This utter bull**** from Hi-fi corporation. I have contacted people regarding CPA and will be taking this further with Customer Protection Act.
