Hi-fi corporation is a ****!

I bought a front loader machine earlier this year and it only worked for a few months until it broke. I called them immediately and I was attended to by a gentleman called Nkosana Mbethe who left my complaint hanging even after multiple follow-ups even via email.

I logged another complaint and was allocated a reference number and was told they would contact me within a period of 7 days (that was 3 weeks ago). Today I called and got through to them but they shut the phone on me after they asked me to hold.

I’m beyond frustrated.

I would advice anyone against buying any electronic products from Hi-fi corporation, for your own peace of mind. If you have to pay a few hundreds more elsewhere then rather do that so that you can enjoy a seamless claims experience (in the event, God forbid, that it happens). It is a great risk to buy anything from them. Even their claims handlers are *********** they do not know how these processes work, they are insensitive and do not show any sympathy towards their customers.

If you are reading these reviews to consider whether you should buy from Hi-Fi Corporation, take it from me, DON’T DO IT . It’s a waste of your hard earned money.
