Hi fi Corporation *****ing customer money

I purchased a fridge online on the Dec 2024. Full Payment made and order confirmed. 4 days later receive a mail stating that the fridge I purchased is out of stock. On the 18th Dec I get told I will receive a refund. IT IS NOW THE 31ST JAN 2025 AND NO PAYMENT RECEIVED!!!!!!!! Pepkor can I have my money back!!!!
