Hi-Fi Corporation has terrible online service.

Hi-Fi Corporation have terrible online services especially after you ordered. My Mom who's a pensioner has been struggling to cancel an online order and get her refund. We have been communicating with various people via e-mail who are currently no longer responding to my Mom's e-mail. We have been requesting that the order gets cancelled for a very long time however, they kept delivering the parcel. Now, they're saying the parcel is delivered, but the courier never came to our house on the said date. Please don't order at Hi-Fi Corporation online, you will regret it!
