Ordered a Oven and Hob online that was on special on 23/03/2022 the transaction went through even confirmed on Friday 25/03/2022 that my order will be delivered soon and received a Invoice. On Monday 28/03/2022 I received an email that I will be refunded with no explanation what so ever. The problem is that I have already sold my old oven and hob and know I just don't get any response from them as to why my order was cancelled and being refunded.
