Hi Fi Corporation, Defy Tumble dryer

<p>I bought a Defy tumble dryer DTD256, invoice number CA ********** 23434 in 2013 from HiFi Corporation with the extended warrantee for extra 5 years, every year this tumble dryer has broken down and they have to replace the drum, it take 3 -4 weeks to repair, this is at our holiday flat in the Strand and gets hardly used.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like HiFi Corporation to replace it with a new tumble dryer, their service is unacceptable.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you</p> <p>Paula Mathey</p>
