Hi-Fi Corporation - Customer Service 0/10

Good day, I purchased a new microwave from HiFi Corporation 2 / 1 / 2024. On 2 / 3 / 2024 (2) months later ,the microwave packed up. I phoned HiFi corporation ,and they advised me to bring it in, and send it away for 21 days, I was not prepared to do that,as this MicroWave was brand new. I spoke to Russel Hobbs head office ,and i was advised that since it's before 6 months HiFi corporation is supposed to exchange, HiFi corp refuse even after having conference call with their consultant. I am not very happy at the moment ,no microwave ,and i generate income from it. Please assist with a resolution,and or i will proceed with alternative steps.
