Hi Fi Corporation Cornubia

I purchased a Phillips iron, with 2 years Warranty from Hi-Fi Corporation, Springfield in 2022. The iron stopped working in June 2023. The store did not have a replacement iron of the same brand, so they gave me a voucher. On the 07/06/2023, I purchased the same brand iron from Hi-Fi corporation in Cornubia. On the 12/08/2023 the iron stopped working. Took it back to the store and the store manager will not replace/refund but decided to book the iron in for repairs. To date, I have not been given any feedback on the iron. I called the Hi-Fi Corporation customer service and was told that the iron is still at the store! I am not sure what communication has been going on with that particular store and the supplier! The store manager is always "very busy" to address the customer. Repair reference: HF-PHIL-***. I specifically buy that brand as it comes with 2 years warranty but not even 2 months down the line the iron stops working. Hi-Fi Corporation Cornubia lacks customer service feedback and have absolutely no regard for the consumer/customer! Pathetic after sales service!
