Hi-Fi corporation carnival mall Poor customer service and rude staff

Good day,

I bought headphones at Hi-Fi coporation on the 4th of February 2018 and now they are damaged and it’s not even a month yet on the receipt it’s stating that they have 1 year warranty. When I got there today the 24 February the staff at the staff was rude saying that they won’t replace them or give a refund coz its customer negligence and they were busy shouting while when I bought the head phones they never said all the things they were saying they just wanted to make sales that’s it they are the most rude and arrogant people I have ever meet .they sold me power quality headphones at a higher price and now they don’t want to replace them or give me my money back
