Hi-Fi Corporation - Breach of contract

<p>I app**** for a laptop contract on Monday (2 May 2016). Jade was helping me and said because it was a public holiday systems were offline and she would phone me in the week to finalize the application. The reason I went to Hi-Fi Corporation was because I always thought they had great service - apparently I was wrong. Ons Wednesday (4 May2016) Jade phoned me and I went to Hi-Fi Corporation. I had been approved and so I signed the contract. Then she informed me that I would not be getting the laptop that day. Apparently the approval was not yet done. On Thursday (5 May 2016) I received a sms from Hi-Fi Corp that I was approved only the did they ask for additional bank statements which I sent them immediately. Why did I sign the contract when I was still not completely approved?! Then Sa****ay (7 May 2016) I spoke to a lady at the store and expressed my unhapiness. Monday (9 May 2016) Jade phoned me and said that they sorted things out with my work place and that she would call me the next day. Two days have passed and still no feedback. I'm disgusted. Normally when I bought something on credit with Hi-Fi Corporation and signed the contract, I would immediately receive the product. They will probably s**** charging me for a product that I don't yet have soon an there's nothing I can do because the contract is signed. What's going on here? I am very disgusted and recommend everyone to stay away from these people!!!</p>
