Hi-Fi Corporation BAD SERVICE

i done and online purchase from the hifi corp website on the 19/5/2020 on that day the status of my order showed "Pending SABC Validation" my tv license is valid and fully paid for. Today is the 21/05/2020 and the status still shows "Pending SABC Validation". When i call the number ***i cant get through to anyone to speak to for assistance. nobody answers. Now i have no clue if they going to deliver my TV or not. **** Service, i will never buy anything from them again, nor will i refer people to buy from them.
