hi fi corporation bad customer service

I bought a fridge in Novemeber 2019 that had to be delivered to a town in Eastern Cape by the Port Elizabeth branch. With covid I had issues having it delivered and when i then had access to the property to have it delivered i started the struggle. Now im told head office cancelled the order(no refund or credit) and head office is saying contact the PE branch.
