USELESS Company - NOT GETTING BACK TO ME.. I made an online booking 24 Nov. 3 weeks later no delivery. Shipping address is my office address. Today is my last day in the office - before going on leave. I made 11 calls to the call centre, did 7 X postings and 9 Facebook postings. I send 12 e-mails, called the Pepkor Lifestyle HQ and send a message to CEO Peter Griffiths via Linked in. No one knows what is going on - every one is escalating, no one can share a manager's number. Call Centre manager not returning calls or e-mails. I am one of 600 customers who are complaining - USELESS
