Hi fi corporation
<p>on 10 May 2015 we bought a defy microwave 42 l convection from hi fi Corporation in Secunda 18 April 2016 it broke ,I went to hi fi Corp to report it they advice me that a technician will attend to it at my house , which never happened, on 25 April 2016 hi fi Corp in secunda phone me to bring the microwave to their premises because the tech will attend to it their. Due to not heard anything from them I went to them on 11 May 2016 , to see that the microwave are still there and not yet repaired . Shop attendant say tech will attend to it on Friday 13 May ,on Sa****ay 14 May I went back to the shop to find the microwave still there not repaired. I now want my money back but they refuse. Interesting fact is that the same make and model are being sold by Game with a guarantee but hi fi corporation only sell it with a. Warrantee </p>
