HI Fi Corp worst online shopping experience ever!!!!!
Worst online shopping experience ever. My television was delivered to me with a cracked screen. This was reported immediately and again on three different occasions. Apart from receiving automated responses and a promise that someone will contact me within 48 hours, which I am still waiting for, no one has bothered to contact me

11 Dec 2018, 11:21Subsequent to the complaints being reported I was assisted by Alan Muller and a replacement television set was delivered to me on Saturday morning. Hifi Corp should clone the service that I received from Mr Muller!!
