Hi Fi Corp Wonderpark Pretoria bad bad bad service

Good day i have the baddest experience with Wonderpark branch and they dont assist the customers they stand around on phones take 30 min to ask for help. if they help the service is very very slow. Application took 2 hours 15 min and then after few days we must hear the person did it wrong and some of the things was not done. We phones maybe 100s of times after them and they dont pick up and if they pick up they will phone you back and never do... We are waiting 8 days now for our stuff and never get anything from them. We also reported it to head office and still no feedback from them aswell. The main thing they dont have stuff that know what they are doing and cant help the customer at all. and dont have after service .. Please give them the write training to assist people i think the business is very bad. We bought for 30 000 and this is the service.. I am so discussed with them .. They have their own time no hurry and no client services.. This is so so bad where is South Africa going.
