Hi fi corp wonderpark

Im very dissapionted!!! Sorri for my spelling but im a afrikaanse guy. I bought a KIC 344L with a water despencer. In 2019 aug. The December went on holiday and when i come back the fridge was blown somewhere in the gasline and couldnt freeze. So imagine the smell of all the meat!!! 2 weeks back they replaced my fridge with the one on display (because they dont have stock- wich i took it myself in and collect the display) it was on a sunday of exchange. So on the monday i left it and that night switch it on. Freezer was freezing but only 50% and on top nothing was cold. I mailed my documents and phone every day but all they keep on telling me is that they arranged a KIC technision to come and have a look? + to repair my fridge on site!!!! This hi fi corp in wonderpark the service is not bad and not poor but i think they can close the dores and stop serving our communitty with a shutty service and broken stuff!!! Still if i try to phone them the phone rings and rings and nobody answer the phones. This people are making me go mad. Any news on what i can do? Considdering to go to court because its going on for longer than 7months.
