Online payment failed, repeatedly. Site is incredibly slow. Contacted help desk and was told by Zodwa that I must use Firefox. I explained that I cannot use Firefox because of my set up. Zodwa hung up on me.

PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW I GIVE YOU MY ****ING MONEY???
