Hi-Fi Corp - Terrible delivery service

Bought a product online at Hi-Fi Corporation on Friday 16 Aug 2024, on the same day I received a SMS that the order will be delivered Saturday 17 Aug 2024 and someone needs to be available for receipts or I need to call customer service to change the date. ***. My wife specifically waited at home the entire Saturday to receive the order, only for the order delivery to be a no show. I phoned customer service the next day, they stated that the do not deliver on Saturdays and that the SMS was system generated. They said it was no use laying a complaint as delivery is still within SLA. When I enquired when my order will be delivered, they could not tell me. Why oh why do you send a system generated SMS to your customers telling them their order will be delivered the next day, making them accommodate the delivery and wait the whole day, when you do not deliveries on that day???
