HI-FI CORP *****S MY MONEY

Ordered a Fridge and washing machine over 8 days ago and delivery was supposed to have occurred within 2-6 days. I Phoned 2 days ago to complain and I was given a reference number and told that I would be called later that day. I phoned again yesterday and the same was said. NOBODY has contacted me and "Tracking" my order is utterly pointless. WHAT THE ACTUAL ****?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
