hi-fi Corp southgate

I bought a media/T.V box on the 20th, it wasnt working so I took it back on the 22nd and since then because it was a Click n Collect the process is tedious, I have to call over and over for feedback and there is no way forward, I dont understand why I have to wait for something I have already paid for and can be exchanged in-store
