Hi-fi Corp should no utilise online service

Hi-fi Corp it's 18 June 2020 still haven't received my order ***-1 , someone called asking about the order and I was told it would delivered in 7 days and that time has passed. Tracking says it with their courier partner but the order slip has incorrect delivery details. If I cancel the order they probably charge me a cancelation fee, this is just pathetic really frastrating.
