Hi Fi Corp shocking online service

We bought 3 items online, a mouse, USB stick and headset, on the 7th May 2020 (order number - ***). All 3 items was purchased the same day and from 1 payment.

When delivered only the mouse was delivered, how is this possible?? The headset was quit urgent as this is needed for our daughters schooling. Since then we logged a online query and dealing with Rob has not been great experience, he should not be in the service industry as he is not helpful at all and has poor attitude. His now escalated this to the "real customer service" and now we need to follow up with all sorts of admin for our missing items, this is absolutely shocking!

He said he will escalate this query and when we asked if he is not customer service he could gladly say no, this is online service. This attitude is absolutely shocking and surely not the way customers should be treated.

Will not be using this service ever again let alone be buying from Hi Fi Corp.
