Hi-Fi Corp shocking after sales service

Hi-Fi corporation you would think being the big brand that it is, would be a good company to deal with. However there after sales service is shocking to say the least. I have personally never received such bad service in my life. They have a total disregard for their customers and have an attitude that if there is a problem and they feel it's not their problem they state there is nothing we can do and that's it. They do not even apologize or ever try or pretend to help. <br> <br> All consumers out there be aware of Hi-Fi Corp Somerset-West. There manager Anthony is also no help at all.<br> Well done for winning the 2016 award for the worst company to deal with for after sales service according to me!!!
