Hi Fi Corp selling damaged goods

On Sunday 5 August 2018 we went to Hi Fi corp in Boksburg to buy a vacuum cleaner as mine has blown and need a new one urgently. When the salesman handed me the box I noticed the box was dented, there was a cross marked on the side with permanent marker and the box lid seal was broken and taped up with sellotape. I asked the salesman are you sure this item is not broken and he rep**** no it is 100%. When we got home and took it out, the plastic on the device was broken and there are spares missing. Now since they closed early on Sunday, my wife has to take off work to exchange the item and drive all the way from Kempton Park to Boksburg. The lack of propper training and poor quality of products caused me as the customer a lot of inconvenience.
