Hi-Fi Corp Rustenburg and Hisense aren’t reliable.

I Bought a Hisense Fridge from this shop on the 24 of September 2022 and it stopped working after 2 months of purchase which puzzled us. I waited for Hisense service suppliers to come fix it after reporting it to Hi-Fi Corp they took about 3-4 weeks to come sort out the issue they had said the Gas is finished but a year later again we are having the same issue and we’ve reported it still to date we haven’t received a call to say they’re coming to fix it we reported this matter on Friday the 20th of October and it seems like we are getting the same slow service again. This is unacceptable how does a new fridge fail to work twice within a year this is clearly a faulty product and I’d like it returned for another one please.
