Hi Fi Corp Provides poor service and do not stand by Mellerware's guarantee

I bough a product from Hifi corp in May(Mellerware Food processer) , The product does not work. Please call me. I was verbally abused by the lady at Hifi Corp by the name of Tlou Ramaphele who ridiculed me in the store in front of all other clients saying I broke the item, after it was with them for over a month and only been tested the day I queried it. The lady also did not know how the item worked. She struggled to even put the item together to test. I was told by Dylan Strydom on 13 June 2020 that he would call me 14 June to collect a replacement. I did not receive the call and reported back to the store 12/07 as I work out of town.
