Hi-fi Corp poor service

I placed an order for a fridge, when i tracked my order sit kept saying payment received, when I call no one knew when it will be delivered exactly other than 10 to 14 days. Now I have been calling no answer I want to cancel my order and get my money back, no answer what so ever in their call center. They keep asking me to choose on their menu over and over again. Am really disappointed.
