Hi Fi Corp poor quality TV and don't care attitude.

I bought a Sansui tv from Hi Fi Corp Jabulani mall in July and the service was great.Six months down the line it turn turned blank with no picture.I tried to return it to the store on the 24th of December 2019 to my surprise the service wasn't so great.

I was told the supplier is closed for the holidays so there's absolutely nothing they can do in terms of repairs or replacement ,even though I have a valid proof of purchase. The supplier will be available 'maybe' from the 6th of Jan .Then I'll have to wait for at least 21days while they try to repair it. Im so dissapointed in Hi Fi Corp.All I wanted was a replacement or refund .I expected them to go the extra mile to try and assist,however they behaved like its not their problem but the supplier.
