Somerset mall branch, what a sad state of affairs you guys are to the brand. Miserable unhelpful staff. Lloydene in customer care .....you are a complete oxygen *****. It took me a month , and MANY calls to you to sort out a warranty claim with my TV. Get a job that you might be good at , because customer care is definitely not for you. There are a lot of competitive stores, that market the same products as Hifi corp, and in future I will use them.
