Hi Fi Corp online service

I bought an appliance online which was set to be delivered in 14 days. Hi Fi Corp then sent me an email 5 days later to let me know that the product is out of stock and my refund would take up to 14 days. The frustrating part is that I saw the product online days after making my payment. This means that they only update their website when it suits them and it doesn’t matter if the customer is inconvenienced. Imagine now I have to add 14 days to the 5 days I had already waited in high hopes for my product. I have never been so disappointed.
