Hi fi corp Menlyn

The service I received from Hi-Fi Corporation Menlyn is beyond disappointing! I regret the day I set foot in that shop. I purchased a Hisense fridge beginning of December 2022 and the thing simply doesn’t function properly!! I have advised them and they since said they will send a technician to come inspect it. After numerous follow ups, nothing has been done. Itumeleng and Thibedi have ignored my complaint despite my numerous follow ups. My food is going bad, every week I have to throw food out because they sold me a fridge that simply does not work!!
