Hi Fi Corp manager from HELL.

The worst encounter with the manager. I arrived with a trolley with the intention to purchase a vacuum cleaner and a 75cmTV. I arrived at the door and asked him to direct me to the vacuum cleaner section. I pointed it out and I proceeded. He than approached me very rudely, no trolleys are allowed in our shop. I left your store and proceeded to Game next to your store and I purchased both items. He cost you with his lack of customer service a R25 000. Your loss of revenue due to an untrained manager. He needs to be trained how to deal with customers 🙄 even the security ladies was shocked at his attitude. It was Saturday 11th February 2023. I will not support your store ever again. I will support Doreen , managet at your Clearwater branch, who is a absolutely awesome 👌
