Hi-Fi corp lifestyle Polokwane bad experience DON'T GO THERE PEOPLE

Bad costumer service and misleading information about the Hi-Fi corp lifestyle Polokwane. I bought a printer in the store to Karabo sales consultants, was very rude and useless when i asked him to assist me to connect the printer with my phone. then i took a printer home struggled to connect only to find out the printer is not wireless after Karabo told me is using wifi to connect. the following day I returned the printer for refund I met Kamogelo giving me attitude saying she cant refund my money on the spot i must come back around 12:30 since the store is closing at 13H00, I went back to get my refund to found out the store is closed. no one at store. I wonder if pepkor know how they brand is being used useless and meaningless.
