Hi Fi Corp Jabulani Mall

In the middle of a very contegious pandemic, sales staff from hi fi Corp insist on customers bringing hard copy documents when applying for credit. They apparently don't take documents emailed by their clients. What is the reason for that? This is how the virus spreads and they continue to put our lives in danger. Can you please look into this? Also your staff at Jabulani mall is extremely rude. The way in which they communicate to people is honestly unacceptable.
