Hi Fi Corp is growing smaller for a reason.

Reported a Faulty TV, under warranty to Risuna Chauke at The Glen Branch on the 30th Of December who tells me they will collect the TV within a week. Understand it was a holiday period so patient enough to wait. But two weeks later it was still not collected. Followed up and she eventually gives me the Mastercare job number, after not returning my calls and emails for days, only to find out it was only reported to Mastercare on the 11th of Jan........today the 24th we still dont have it back, really pathetic from Hi Fi Corp, but it helps me decide where NOT to buy from. Mastercare was at least helpful and professional.
