Hi Fi Corp in Springfield Durban

Ok this store is a whole lost bull Personally I am fedup and blood tired of their inconsistent service and feedback Finally my application is approved Go to the store and they tell me that they need to release my sale order When she enters my red a different persons details pull through I am further told that it is a IT issue that the whole week it has been happening(why then tell me to come on Saturday or Sunday when I received the call on Friday)

A whole days trip lost on the incompetence of not notifying customers. If you don’t wait days/ weeks for a little reply. Systems are down and the employees are just dismissive to any questions you might have

As for me please cancel the application because clearly even if I were to be a customer none of my queries would be attended to
