Hi-Fi Corp has now idea whats going on, don't waste your time with them people.

So during this first week of lockdown i lost all my TV's due to lightning, imagine the frustration during the remaining time of the lockdown. Anyway excited that we could replace our TV's the first of May armed with a insurance letter and police affidavit allowing us to do just that Hi-Fi Corp Nelspruit just refused to help us the good for nothing manager did not even attempt to see just ordered his staff to show us the door. Just there I took my documentation drove up to Makro brought one TV from them with no hassles and then another one from Game guess what also no problem since i had a affidavit and the correct documentation. I spent over R30 000 yesterday that was all meant for Hi-Fi Corp not just that Hi-Fi Corp will never ever see me again please tell that to your lazy manager that didn't even attempt to see us....
