Hi Fi Corp has no stock and no customer service

Did a online order from Hi Fi Corp on Sunday for a TV just to be told on Tuesday the 31st of October 2023 that they dont have stock anywhere in South Africa and that i would be refunded. Well goes without saying no refund has been received and i had to do all the work to complain and get hold off people just to get my hard earned money back for something i did not receive. Wont be buying anything in the future from them and wont recommend anyone to do so in future.
