Hi- Fi Corp guarantee non-delivery

I bought an HP printer in March 2017. Hi Fi Corporation gave me a receipt stating it had a 2 year warrantee. In March 2018 it developed a fault and I took it in for repair under the guarantee.

After 2 weeks I started trying to get my printer back. Julia in the service department told me it wasn't repaired yet and that, in fact, Hi-Fi Corp could take up to 20 working days excluding Saturdays to return it to me. (If you can manage without an appliance for a month, you clearly didn't need it in the first place, so this seems totally unreasonable. I run a business from home and cannot manage without my printer.) Julia promised to follow up on the repair process and call me back. NO CALL! After 3 weeks I called Julia and she promised to follow up and call me back. NO CALL! The next day to drove to Hi Fi Corp and spoke to David. He said that Insurance Guarantee Warehouse where my printer has been sent were not answering their phone but he would keep trying and call me with an update. NO CALL! I went back again the next day and saw David who said Hi Fi Corp and HP were in a dispute about whether the guarantee was one year or two (despite my receipt clearly stating 2 years.) He would follow up with management to see how my situation should be handled and would call me that afternoon. NO CALL!!!!! This morning I tried to call Hi Fi Corp on the number ********** which I had been told was the only number I could use to access the service department. NO ANSWER!!!!!!! THIS IS THE PERFECT WAY TO ENSURE COMPLETE LOSS OF TRUST IN HI-FI CORPORATION.
