Hi-Fi corp fail to get TV box in for repairs

A very unhappy customer! I bought a TV box from @hificorp #secunda on 30/10/22. After two weeks the TV box stopped working. Took it back and was told that they have to send it in for repairs. After two weeks to find out when I will get it back, arrogantly I was told it was never even send in for repairs. 😡😡 Then they told me it will only be send in on Thursday to be repaired. We are standing at 22/12/2022 and they still did not send it away to get repaired. The people working there, even the manager have a very nasty attitude and they just don't care. I have put in a complained on Twitter as well, Hifi Corp did react on that message whereby they have logged a complaint for investigation and (can you believe it) to the very same people at the Secunda branch to investigate the matter. It now has been six weeks without my TV box and they still struggle to just get it couriered for it to be repaired. This is ridiculous, unacceptable and unprofessional!
