Hi Fi Corp Double bed

I bought a bed on the 24th of November online. However the quality of the bed is poor as i can feel the planks while sleeping on the bed. I have been trying to contact their customer service for an exchange of the bed but i can never go through to someone who can assist me with logging this complaint as you wait for ever on the line. its been 7 days since the purchase. i need an exchange or my refund !!!!
