I'm very disappointed in the service I received at Hi Fi Corp in Kenilworth.

I bought a Dryer 03.12.2018 with a year warranty . TODAY I went to exchange the dryer because it over heated .They exchanged it for a new Sansui ,when I got home the dryer was not working .So now I have to drive all the way back to the shop because they sold me a Dryer that's not working .

THIS is a big inconvenience as petrol is very expensive and the shop does not want to refund me .I'm very sceptical to take another one as I don't want to sit with this problem again .

I would like to be compensated and prefer a full refund .

I would appreciate a speedy response on this matter .
