HI Fi CORP CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!

I am so disappointed and angry as a new client, i bought a new defy twin tub washing machine in mid March and the machine was defective and i called the first time and a technician came to assess but it got worse after that. I have been calling their customer care several times and each time i called they tell me that they are escalating the matter. Last week when i spoke with someone from the complaints department he told me that someone will come to assess it again and make notes, i told him that i no longer want the item and that i want a refund and he told me that its possible and i will be refunded To my surprise when i called home today to check if someone came to assess it i was told that they replaced the motto and that the machine is now working. I was ******* as i was expecting a refund but instead they fixed it. The fairly new but already some parts are being replaced, this siows that it was not in a good condition from the start.FIX THIS I WANT MY MONEY.

Please IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY DO NOT BUY FROM HI FI CORP, I WAS ALSO WARNED NOT TO BUY FROM THEM BUT I DID NOT LISTEN. I HAVE 2 COLLEAGUES WHO HAVE HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE.
