Hi fi corp courier service is a waste of time

Unacceptable bad service! Nobody knows what's happening with my courier. First I was advised it will be delivered on the 29.01.2021 and even received an sms. I had to then arrange someone all the way from vredehoek to come to my place in kraaifontein for nothing! I Called the courier people and they advised this will only take place on 30.01.2021 So much time being wasted! The communication at this company is just beyond putrid! No customer satisfaction
