HI FI Corp Complaint

Good morning Im disgusted and disappionted in HI FI Corp Bloemfontein last week Saturday I drove 360 km to HI FI Corp Bloemfontein to buy a 50" Diamond TV yes it was tested yes there was nothing wrong with it but the sales person made a mistake he did not put the styrofoam in front of the screen to protect it and he dropped the remote loose in the box i travelled back home and did not notice anything untill i switched on the television the where the remote was the screen was cracked it is not my fault I believe that is also not standard operation procedures now the say the wont replace it it was not my fault at all I demand a replacement TV
