Hi Fi corp bullsh...ing and selling used faulty goods as new

I bought a new Sansui 58" smart tv on the 24th of february 2023, on the 26th the screen started showing some glitches but nothing serious so I left it, on the 27th of Feb the screen went completely haywire with one half not refreshing at all. On the morning of the 28th of Feb I sent them a mail and phoned them, obe of the branch employees phoned me back but I was not satisfied with her ability to resolve the situation and was promised the manager would phone me. It is now the 10th of March and it looks like they are hoping this will just go away as nobody has contacted me yet and I am now left with a faulty television that was sold as new with no feedback or service from HiFi corp- I will definitely never buy from them again and will post this as far and wide as possible to make sure others are not left with the same pathetic (lack of) serivice
