HI FI Corp Boksburg

<p>I am tired of trying to get answers from hifi corp so i have now decided to lodge a complaint with hello peter as I can never get a answer.</p> <p><br />On the 12th November I brought in my sinotec 39" tv for repairs and was told that it will take up to 21 workings days. I agreed upon that, it is now 26 workings days and I have not got a call back after calling so many times and leaving my details.</p> <p><br />Yourll clearly state that if your take longer than 21days a client would have a new tv or a full refund, I really hope that your'll keep up to yourlls promises as I am up to my head with all this nonsense.</p> <p><br />12/12/2016 - I called and didn't take the ladies name down with whom I spoke to but gave my details and she would have called me back.</p> <p><br />13/12/2016 and 14/12/2016 - I called and spoke to Boitumelo or Boituhelo something like that and still no call back.</p> <p><br />15/12/2016 (morning) - I called and spoke to Emmanuel and he would have got Victoria to call me back, still nothing.</p> <p><br />15/12/2016 (afternoon) - I called again and spoke to Victoria and she said she is just busy with a client she will call me back shortly, 5 days later and call me back shortly still hasn't happened.</p> <p><br />16/12/2016 - I called again and spoke to Pertunia and she put my call through to the service department 4 times and there was no answer.</p> <p> </p> <p>20/12/2016 - i sent a email to Victoria and Sally from hifi corp and still received no answer until i had a miss call at 18:10 and tried calling back at 18:12 and there was no reply. I than decided to sent them a mail and got no reply.</p> <p> </p> <p>21/12/2016 - Called and spoke to Sally at 10:15 as Victoria was on leave, she said she will call me back in 30mins. 4 hours has passed and i decided to call again and again had to call back 3 times as they could not get hold of her. I am very upset with the fact that she says to me from before the time that i took the tv to hifi corp Simphiwe said he was getting a copy of the receipt from head office, yet when i call today she says that they are still trying to get a copy of the receipt and they still waiting for the report for the tv.</p> <p> </p> <p>i think that they should take that 21 day policy and throw it away as they dont keep to there word.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><br />Await your reply.</p>
